Your Nutritionista Intensive day will be custom designed just for you, and
you’ll leave with the following;
-A personalized plan of what to eat.
-A personalized plan of what not to eat.
-A shopping list of foods that suit you and your nutritional style.
-Customized recipes that will boost your energy and balance.
-Goodies, samples, and TONS of inspiration to keep you on track.
-A follow up session by phone the following week to ensure you’re on track and to tweak anything
that needs tweaking!
