The Nutritional Style Initiation is a private introduction to a new world of nutritional possibilities, meal plans and attitudes, custom-tailored for your lifestyle, health goals + desires. We’ll connect on the phone, for 50 minutes of meaningful myth-busting, strategizing, and heart-centered empowerment. And together, we’ll decide if a 1-3-or 6 month cycle of transformative nutritional coaching is an ideal option, for you.
Your full Initiation session is anchored on the premise that pleasure, radiance and vitality are possible (but “perfection” is not), that good health never goes out of style, and that mind-body transformation can be sumptuous, playful + seriously delicious.
During your Initiation, you’ll learn to:

How did you become a Nutritional Stylist?
My journey to wellness + nutritional prowess was not swift, or simple.
I left the world of couture fashion and embarked on a life-shifting health quest, or I should say was forced to embark on one. Fertility treatments, resulting depression and fatigue and years of a food intolerance that I never knew I had, left my body undernourished, inflamed, and over-medicated. And what’s worse — my son was suffering from the effects of the same food issue. After years of trial-and-error, specialized dietary training and deep catharsis, I’ve learned that when it comes to food, there’s only one absolute truth: everyone’s “ideal” is unique.

What types of people do you coach?
I work best with high-octane women who are powerful, confident, sensitive, and intelligent … but whose demanding careers, obligations + schedules leave little space for vital nutrition, reflection and self-care.
My clients come to me seeking a coach, a cheerleader, a mentor, and friend — a friend who happens to have a decade of nutritional training and consulting experience tucked into her Tod’s tote bag. Many of my clients come from high powered stylish companies — as I did. Others are top-tier executives, stay-at-home-moms, globe-trotting entrepreneurs, and community leaders.
No matter their role in the world, each of my clients is committed to taking an active role in her personal health. And frankly, that’s all that matters.
What can I expect during each coaching session?
You can expect customized suggestions, high-fives and celebrations, accountability check-points, meal inspiration (not rigid must-dos), and the occasional kick in your (adorable) butt. Each time we connect on the phone, I’ll ask pointed questions + listen deeply to assess where you’re (really) at — and deliver action steps to upgrade your fuel choices.
Each session builds on upon the prior session, and the first half of the program dove-tails into the second half. It’s all about swift momentum + loving encouragement — eyes forward, head held high!
How long do you normally work with people?
While a single Nutritional Style Initiation session can sometimes change your whole game, most of my clients experience sustainable, lasting shifts after 1 to 3 months of consistent coaching, with sessions once or twice a month. Many then sign on for another 3 months to seal the deal with their new bodies!
Committing to a longer coaching cycle helps you to stay anchored + secure as ‘real-life’ unfolds — from vacations and travel to unexpected tragedies and tumult. I’ll keep you centered, so that you don’t revert back to old habits + patterns, and help you weather the shifts and twists with spirited style — and strategies that work.
