With grill season coming up, everybody needs an easy marinade to have on hand.
This is Rancho La Puerta’s
“Saturday Marinade”
Ingredients
1 ounce extra virgin olive oil
1 medium shallot, diced
2 cloves minced garlic
1 Tbsp fresh oregano or 1 tsp dried
1 Tbsp fresh basil or 1 tsp dried
1 Tbsp fresh rosemary or 1 tsp dried
10 ounces soy or tamari sauce (you can also substitute coconut amino’s, a soy sauce alternative)
ground black pepper (I prefer cayenne for more kick)
Mix ingredients
This is perfect for;
Vegetables, like onions, zucchini, peppers, eggplant, corn
