Holly, i know about coconut water\ milk, but what is coconut nectar?
Many thanks!
Keep up the exceptional work and thanks for caring!
Hi Wendy,
Coconut nectar is a liquid coconut sugar syrup. You should be able to find it at a health food store,
or order it on line. It’s low glycemic sweet, and wonderful to use for making raw treats!
